I help people get better at what they do. I work with them to find out what's happening, why and how we can help to make it better. Simple. I really understand learning. The breadth of my clients in the private, voluntary and public sectors all informs how I work, reference and think. What I do is deconstruct thinking and theory and represent it in a way that is more creative, engaging, emotional and useful. I avoid management speak, am action focused and fun. I’d like to think that simplicity is at the core of everything I do have knowledge of a range of sectors and clients. I bring credibility through my creative background - I understand the challenge of delivering a world class creative product on time and within a tight budget.
