I created this web service to provide a safe, secure, easy, and sensitive way to honor the terminally ill by allowing relatives and friends to upload gratitude and tribute video clips. I created the software requirements analysis (SRA) using storyboard logic to determine user experience design. I identified technical design problems of upload bandwidth requirements and created a new framework of streaming media for uploading and playing video clips. I created our web service to operate as an active virtual storefront with up to date shopping-cart technology, dynamic pricing models, and B2B / B2C E-Commerce fulfillment systems. As chairman of the company, I manage sales revenues, formed strategic partnerships, developed advertising campaigns, and processed Cost-Benefit analysis. I developed Internet marketing research focus groups to utilize interviews and surveys as a marketing tool. I implemented demographic software solutions such as Google's Adwords and Salesforce CRM's to identify segments of our population that would benefit from our web service. I've delegated and structured the sales routines and daily operation duties.
