Our melt in the mouth shortbread is baked just as our founder Helen Dean did when she started the business over 40 years ago. Based in Huntly, Aberdeenshire, we employ around 130 staff and attract visitors from all over the world to our gift shop and cafe bistro with viewing windows into the bakery.
