Design Engineering was established in 1991 to provide structural steel inspections and welding qualification testing. Over the next few years the business expanded to include civil and mechanical engineering, consulting, non destructive testing as well as equipment inspections. In early 2021 a major restructure was implemented and DE Group was formed. This includes three separate limited liability companies trading as the following; DE Consulting Engineers & Inspection, DE Calibration & Compliance and Survey NZ We are market leaders in our areas of expertise, providing civil, structural and mechanical engineering, equipment inspections, calibration services, non destructive testing, welding inspections as well as welders qualification testing within the three entities.
