De Babel is a founder-led Middle Eastern restaurant brand in Scottsdale, Arizona, built around made-to-order food, a strictly halal kitchen, warm hospitality, and consistent flavors. Founded in 2021, De Babel has earned a place on Yelp’s Top 100 Places to Eat in the U.S. for multiple years, including No. 3 nationally in 2025. We now welcome guests at two Scottsdale locations: Pima Road and The Edge. The Edge brings dining and specialty shopping together, with comfortable seating, patios, six Tractor juice taps and four iced-tea and lemonade bubblers. Its curated market offers traditional Middle Eastern cheeses, tahini, pickles, pantry essentials, and gluten-free packaged selections. Dairy-free tahini ice cream is also part of the experience. Selected kosher-certified packaged products are retail items; the restaurant kitchen remains strictly halal.
