DDZ Technologies are in the business of Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) and are the leaders in the industry when it comes to surface mount technology (SMT) and we specialize in automated PCB assembly of small to large volume runs. No matter the complexity of board assembly we have the knowledge and equipment to satisfy all customer assembly needs. Established in 2004, the aim of DDZ Technologies was to provide assembly services on a small to medium scale, concentrating on prototype to small production runs. However, the company has grown into a full-scale Turnkey electronics manufacturer, offering all relevant services, and are able to handle any volumes and complexity of assemblies. Our facility consists of four independent SMD production lines: - Firstly a line specifically geared for small volume, quick turnaround production. - Secondly a line geared for any medium volume, high complexity assemblies. -Finally two high volume lines with a combined placement capacity of up to 230K components per hour.
