DDR is a multi-disciplinary project management and engineering consulting practice offering programme and project management, and civil and structural engineering solutions. Established in 2008 through the amalgamation of the founders’ original consulting practices. We work with anything from small to large blue-chip clients in all spheres of development engineering and management, within and outside the borders of South Africa. The emphasis of our business is to assist our clients in the realization of their infrastructure goals through project development from cradle to grave whilst being mindful of financial and business constraints, as well as future requirements and growth. DDR has gained valuable experience not only in consulting engineering, but also drilling deeper into projects by understanding requirement such as statutory requirements; risk assessment and mitigation strategies; exchange and funding requirements; as well as feasibility studies specific to client’s requirements. Through strategic relationships with our clients and industry leaders, DDR has become a specialist in the Logistics Infrastructure sector, from container depots and warehousing to controlled environment buildings, whilst maintaining a strong presence in the conventional spheres of engineering.
