At the helm of DDR is Mr. Rohit Malik an Engineer from IIT – Roorkee, and an MBA from McGill University with 30 years of project execution and management experience in top tier Companies like ICRA, Reliance Communications, Reliance Retail, DLF, and M3M. This highly experienced and professional team is backed up by an Alternative Investment Fund under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulation, 2012. This arrangement ensures that DDR is a more robust, sustainable entity with the critical momentum to achieve growth and value creation. Our mission - is to Deliver Dreams in Realty for our customers.
