DBK Studio is an innovation studio which sources, tests, and scales new technologies aimed at delivering frictionless experiences at sports, entertainment, and hospitality venues for both guests and the workforce. Powered by unique data and insights gained from operating in over 250 venues, we partner with start-ups and emerging technology companies to evaluate, pilot, and grow solutions in areas of commerce, business intelligence, product optimization, management, and sustainability. DBK Studio is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Levy, the original disruptor creating innovative food and beverage experiences at iconic sports and entertainment venues, cultural attractions and restaurants. Levy was founded in 1978 with a single delicatessen – D.B. Kaplan’s Delicatessen – and that spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship continues in the studio. DBK serves as the entry point to scale innovation within the hospitality industry.
