Witfilm is het productiebedrijf van producent Iris Lammertsma en regisseur Boudewijn Koole (o.a. Beyond Sleep en Kauwboy). Witfilm heeft twee pijlers. Enerzijds richt Witfilm zich op creatieve, sociaal-maatschappelijke en jeugddocumentaires, met als sterkste kanten conceptontwikkeling en intensieve coaching van filmmakers. Dit leidt tot innovatieve, visueel krachtige films van artistieke aard over onderwerpen die altijd tot nadenken stemmen. Tot de documentaireregisseurs met wie Witfilm werkt, behoren onder andere Oeke Hoogendijk, Coco Schrijber en Frank Scheffer. Anderzijds focust Witfilm op het ontwikkelen en produceren van arthouse films door regisseurs met een sterke eigen signatuur, zoals Boudewijn Koole, Aboozar Amini, Marjoleine Boonstra, Saskia Boddeke en Peter Greenaway. Witfilm (co)produceert zowel nationaal als internationaal. Veel van Witfilms films werden genomineerd voor vooraanstaande prijzen, zoals de Rose d’Or, Tiger Award en IDFA (in diverse competities) en hebben prijzen gewonnen zoals de International Emmy Award, FIPRESCI, Prix Europa, Gouden Kalf en Prix Italia. Tot de gelauwerde en genomineerde producties behoren de lange documentaires Shadow Game, Dance or Die, De Keuze van Mijn Vader, Zaatari Djinn, Transit Havana, Breng de Joden Thuis, Inside The Chinese Closet, Battles en Happily Ever After, de jeugddocumentaire Nieuw en de dansfilm Off Ground. Met het maken van films van hoge kwaliteit die visueel spannend zijn, wil Witfilm bijdragen aan een bloeiende documentaire- en speelfilmsector, zowel nationaal als internationaal.

Post Office is our new media lab at Kulfi Collective focussed on producing immersive content & virtual experiences for brands and platforms at scale. We are a diverse team of designers, animators, creative technologists, producers, and developers with an urge to test the limits of creativity and technology to tell stories that are imaginative and extraordinary. Our projects range from the creation of digital content in motion design and animation for the web to building virtual experiences through emerging media technologies such as AR and virtual production for the metaverse.
