DB Partners is an independent investment management firm established by a group of finance professionals and business managers with substantial experience in financial and operational management. We focus on Private Equity and Investors' Club investments, attraction of funds, M&A advisory and investment management. We identify investment targets, raise finance among our partners, and make mid- to long term equity investments. Typically we focus on companies with strong growth potential, and improve value by means of operational and financial restructuring, corporate governance, and financial management. We prefer majority investments, and always take active part in the management of the company. Our key responsibility is the value growth of the funds invested, and we achieve this by financial supervision and direct reporting to our co-investors.
