DayXero is a managed marketplace for buying and selling pre-revenue and early-revenue tech — SaaS tools, side projects, small platforms that a revenue multiple can't price because there's no revenue history yet. We score what actually matters instead (code quality, IP cleanliness, defensibility) and run every close through escrow with a real Deal Manager on the deal, not just a listings board. Sellers get a real exit for something they built; buyers get a structured way in without competing over the same three "audited" listings.
