If you are looking for a quick 2 hour inspection with a sugar coated report, don’t call us. Single family home inspections can take 3-4 hours, depending on the size, age, etc. Reports are concise and direct, delivered and hosted on the cloud, same day. We always recommend a Video Sewer Scope, especially for single family detached properties built before 1980. If, after doing your own research, you don’t believe this to be a cost effective procedure, please consider all possible future implications. In many cases, we will recommend further evaluation or repairs by a qualified professional. We avoid all potential conflicts of interest by not offering to “fix” any of the problems we find. We work for, and are compensated solely by our client.
