Daybase Limited is a new name to the property lettings and management market but our associates have combined experience of over 40 years in the residential letting industry. For the last decade you would have found us as Peter King Property Services in Houldsworth Square. Our sister company, Pinnington and Marlor has a richer history altogether as it was founded in 1865 and has remained in the same family since 1962. Originally based in Denton before joining Peter Kings in Reddish before moving back "over the border" into Dane Bank. Unlike some agents who have moved into lettings due to the uncertain nature of the sales market lettings and management are "what we do" and we offer a full range of services from referencing or landlord insurance to let only or fully managed packages. We are happy to advise new landlords on property purchase or refurbishment as well as the legal and practical requirments of preparing a property for rental. We even offer a property finding service - let us find your buy-to let property. Tenants are just as important to us and we consider all tenants on their merits and will consider tenants in receipt of benefits with good references and guarantor. We believe in treating tenants fairly, considering tenancy applications in order and only taking applications from one tenant at a time - sadly not something that can be said for all local agents.
