Founded in 1989, DAXI has become a global player in the field of reconditioned railway equipment. As a team we have tremendous competences in the field of equipment redesign, re-engineering and refurbishment. Our company is divided into two divisions; track material and rolling stock. We source new and used equipment (tracks, crossings, joints) and wagons (goods transport, passenger transport and locomotives) from railway companies across Europe, which we then re-engineer, modify and refurbish at DAXI. More than 50% of our turnover is realized outside Europe, with most export projects focusing South-East Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. For all the equipment that we sell we can offer project finance solutions. We are based in the Zoning Industries of Jumet (Belgium), right next to the Charleroi Airport.
