Dawnfresh is one of the UK’s largest producers of fish and seafood. We’re based in Scotland, and farm our own trout as well as processing and manufacturing seafood products for food service and retail, both in the UK and around the world. We manage a number of farming sites as well as specialised facilities handling fresh (chilled), marinated, smoked and other value added lines. We can provide a full range of services, depending on what a customer needs – from basic fish processing and supply through to a full product development service, from identifying opportunities to delivering the finished product. We pride ourselves in the passion, knowledge and expertise of our team. We are especially well known for trout and salmon, but can handle basically any fish or sea food - including mackerel, haddock, langoustine and prawns.
