I’m a personal brand strategist for women who aspire to greater leadership roles in male-dominated industries or organizations. I engage with women at critical points in their careers applying a non-judgemental approach to identify what holds them back professionally. Together, we reset, define their unique value based upon the reputations they want to build, and bring it alive through non-verbal and verbal communications and presence. I pair my extensive experience in the beauty industry as an entrepreneur and cosmetologist with a deep understanding of human behavior gained through my own professional transitions and formal training in executive presence.
