Over the last 20 years, Davlen has amassed a team of experts in the fields of Chiropractic, Chiropractic Assistants, Contracting, Design, Cabinetmaking, Business Management, Production Management, and Quality Control. As we served over 3,500 Chiropractors world wide, we have acquired a unique insight into what works and what does not. Our business began by using a traditional remodeling approach using standard cabinetry that could be fitted it into our client's facilities. While this was well accepted, we felt that it could be taken to a new level. As time went on, our experience told us that a Chiropractic business has unique operating properties and requirements. They moved more patients through their practices in a day than most other health care professionals did in a week. This meant that if a Chiropractor was to be able to reduce overhead, efficiency and productivity would be of paramount importance. We began developing custom cabinetry exclusively to serve the needs of a Chiropractor and their staff. While more costly to do, any increased cost for the unique cabinetry would be substantially outweighed by the cost savings that it would bring to the doctor, in the way of reduced staff salary. As the custom creations began to be well accepted, we needed to control our production schedules to meet our clients time schedules and keep our costs under control. We made the huge decision to begin our own fabrication plant to do so. This then allowed us to create more specific cabinetry and work stations that were not limited by the productivity blockages that standard kitchen style cabinetry yielded. This meant that instead of "Production based" manufacturing we realized that Chiropractic deserved Consumer based manufacturing (designing and building our systems around the unique needs of Chiropractors).
