David Smith Consulting Limited is a Project Management and Innovation consultancy specialising in transport and technology. David Smith is a qualified PRINCE2® Project Management Practitioner with an MBA and has run Innovate UK projects, SMART Scotland projects, Public Sector funded projects, European Space Agency projects and internal commercial projects. He is also a co-founding director of Fuse Mobility - a Mobility as a Service (MaaS) platform provider. Through over 10 app, webapp and software platform deployments he has coordinated stakeholders in co-creating, specifying, delivering, commercialising and successfully realising the benefits of innovative software products and services. David has also advised organisations on how to best position themselves for MaaS in their own context. Through his MBA and company director roles, David brings a strong commercial and strategic perspective to projects, innovation and MaaS positioning. His MBA project applied scenario planning and strategy development to the emerging industry of MaaS in the UK.
