We work with business leaders in two ways: Coaching Engagements A coaching engagement is best when you want general, ongoing professional advice for a variety of topics. These engagements are typically for leaders with multi-functional responsibility where all areas are equally important. I essentially function as a short term personal advisor and bring all my experience and network to you. Coaching clients who benefit most use me as a sounding board, embrace challenging the status quo, and want to be held accountable to specific goals that we establish together. Short Term Projects If you generally know what you need and can help define a specific scope and outcome, a short term project is probably best for you. These engagements are typically related to professionalizing a business in the areas of finance, forecasting & budgeting, strategic planning, talent needs, or marketing. This arrangement is very effective for clients looking to “get in shape” prior to developing banking or other institutional financing relationships. Clients benefit most from a short term project when we pre-determine a narrow scope and desired outcome, and I’m able to access 1-2 people within the organization for information, resources, etc. (on a limited, but as-needed basis).
