David Evans Technical Services Ltd Information

After working in a range of event, concert and theatrical roles in lighting and rigging; I started my own company, David Evans Technical Services Ltd, to offer the skills that I gained in this industry to a wider range of clients. The core services that I offer are: Technical Production Management for Shows, Commissions and Events Liaison with Local Authority, Contractors and Health and Safety Production Documentation such as RAMS, Rescue Plans, Environmental Policy etc. Consultancy service to Event Venues, Theatre Companies, Artists and Hire Companies Lighting, Rigging and Automation for Concerts, Theatre, Artistic Installations, Corporate Events etc. My current project list includes a multi-purpose event space where I am developing both their in-house technical systems but also their procedural systems such as having comprehensive in-house H&S paperwork and show advancing system; a multi-discipline creatives' workshop where I am working on helping them achieve workplace H&S and environmental compliance; production management for a major artistic commission involving sound, lighting and laser elements; production management and rigging for an ongoing aerialist show; and developing workplace systems and procedures for a technical hire company.
