  Chartered Management Institute (CMI) (I was given the chance to participate in the first cohort of Hanover Housing Association’s management development programme, studying such subjects as strategic direction, project, personal and team management. This program has proved invaluable moving into management roles and controlling more complex business projects. The role qualified me to become a Chartered Manager, but I took the decision not to continue this subscription.)
