An outdated system that invites keyword stuffing and is easily gamed with LLM-generated CVs. At Datalent.ai we instead validate both the talent and the match in depth. Talent tracks consists of two halves. AI-matching combines four dimensions, Profile fit, Role fit, Skill fit and Mind fit, from several data sources: CV, contextual questions, timed skills tests and an optional culture and personality analysis. Git-vetting reads actual code history from external sources like GitHub and assesses how the talent works, not how they say they work.
