dataIP provides software engineering and development services for a variety of desktop and hand-held machines. A number of Windows programs have been written, these have mostly been in the support and integration of automatic test systems. Together with these, various short utility programs have been created to solve particular problems. dataIP is able to produce applications to fulfill your requirements. dataIP has experience in developing for a number of Microsoft Windows platforms. The latest of which is WinCE. Windows CE is designed to be the operating system for a variety of hand held or embedded devices. Both hand-held PC (H/PC) and Palm PC (P/PC) platforms can be supported. dataIP is also able to supply complete solutions including H/PCs and P/PCs from manufacturers such as Hewlett-Packard and Compaq. Our programmers have written a number of Psion applications for major companies based on a range of Psion products. These are primarily hand held data collection and asset tracking applications. The Psion platforms use a development environment termed EPOC. EPOC16 is used on the older machines including the Workabout, EPOC32 is the new 32 bit version, to be used on the latest machines.
