Data is the fuel to AI. Human Feedback (HF), e.g. one form of HF, Data Annotation turns raw semi-structured and unstructured data into “meaningful” data that can be used to train, test and evaluate Discriminative and Generative AI models. DataFarm aims to become the preferred data solutions provider in APAC. Its direction is to provide data solutions consultancy service to AI application developers, enterprises and government units regarding the way to collect, process, and verify data and HF that are relevant to their AI applications. Besides being a data solutions developer, DataFarm also develops Quality Assurance methodology and project/cost management for AI projects. DataFarm plans to integrate its ideas into open source platforms. DataFarm sees itself as a catalyst to create job opportunities for location-bound (e.g. home-bound) people and disadvantaged communities (e.g. hearing-impaired) that are often challenged by mainstream work tasks. The company goal is to facilitate the repurposing of less competitive workforce to become a part of the digital community workforce.
