Data Transparency is an IT solution provider focused on the health care sector. The UK’s largest trusts number among our NHS clients and we also work in the private sector. We develop bespoke web-based patient management and clinical information systems that are tailored to our clients needs. In addition we currently offer two other fully developed and hosted systems: Network Record System: Regional web-based clinical audit system for use across multiple sites. All data is stored in a central location and an easy to use reporting function facilitates the monitoring of compliance with national targets. Network Referrals System: Web-based clinical information system that enables clinicians, managers, and other key stakeholders to send electronic patient referrals between trusts and share large files such as digital imaging information.
