Data Ladder is an African community of data professionals dedicated to promoting collaboration, mentorship, and skill development in fields like data science, data analytics, and data engineering. By connecting Data professionals across industries such as technology, finance, manufacturing, food, humanitarian, and healthcare, we provide a platform for knowledge-sharing and collaboration. Our mentorship program pairs aspiring professionals with experienced mentors, helping bridge the gap between theory and practice. We also host events, including Workshops, Webinars, Data Mondays, Datathons and an Annual Summit, to provide learning and networking opportunities.
