Data-Driven Training Systems, led by Brock Martin, delivers high-quality performance training solutions and short form content focused on sports performance enhancement, strength training, energy systems development, exercise physiology, performance nutrition, and more. Throughout Brock’s near-decade of experience, he has served in assistant and senior level positions providing direct strength & conditioning support to high-performers across all populations, from high level tactical operators to NCAA Division 1 and professional athletes. Brock holds a graduate degree in Exercise Physiology with a concentration in Strength & Conditioning from the University of Louisville and a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Indianapolis. He also maintains the Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and the Tactical Strength & Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F) credentials, as well as the Registered Strength & Conditioning Coach (RSCC) designation through the National Strength & Conditioning Association.
