If that is for purchasing (e.g. high-ticket items such as cars, travel) or general retail or attrition in banking, we have tools and knowledge solving your needs. We employ a variety of approaches from event modeling to time-purchasing analytics, software (KaufPac, StreakPac) we developed early on (2004/2005), specifically to better understand the customer journey. We have also been involved, more recently, in a more holistic approach to a thorough customer understanding. The analytics portion shown in this video (Owning the Customer Journey) encapsulates partly our thinking and approach.
