Dart Properties was formed in November, 1984 and is a privately held investment and property management firm based in Sterling Heights, Michigan. The purpose of Dart Properties is to acquire, develop, own, and operate real estate. Our primary investments are rental apartments; however, we have been involved in other developments, such as condominiums, land development, and office buildings. All residential properties have been built and managed exclusively by Dart Properties. For over thirty years, Dart Properties has provided high quality, market rate apartment homes at communities around southeast Michigan. Across all of our communities and in each and every one of our apartments, Dart Properties strives to create the perfect balance of luxury and comfort, combining the convenience and service of high-end apartment living with the warmth and feeling of a home.
