DSA provides a full range of instructional design consulting services and teaches instructional design though our comprehensive instructional design curriculum. Workshops on Needs Analysis, Instructional Design and Development, E-Learning Design, and Evaluation provide the skills necessary to meet each attendee's specific job responsibilities. Jane Sink heads up the workshop business while Darryl concentrates on putting together world-class teams of instructional designers for the custom consulting side of the business. Darryl Sink presents regularly at Training Magazine conferences, for the international conferences of ISPI (International Society of Performance Improvement), for many local ISPI and ASTD chapters, and Training's Live & Online Certificate programs. He is a contributing author to two editions of the ISPI Handbook of Human Performance Technology, published by Jossey Bass, and ASTD's Handbook For Workplace Learning Professionals. He is also the recipient of ISPI's Professional Service Award for his service to the organization.
