Dare La Vita LLC Information

Here at Dare La Vita, we strive to be the best salon in the Auburn / Opelika area. One way we do that is staying on our education and current trends. We recently sent a few of our stylists to the Premiere hair show in Orlando, FL where we were engulfed in education and stimulation. Leslie, one of our Protege Stylists writes about her first hair show experience. We learned a few new techniques and tools for balayage and ombre which has been a big trend lately. There were some other hair trends for 2013 like the pastels by Pravana, and some more bold hair colors that were interesting to see and learn about. Also, Paul Mitchell put on a show and told us all about their new technology for their styling tools, and Halo Couture Extensions, that we carry here, even had a booth set up with all of the beautiful hair pieces they have. Some other big name brands like Arrojo, Sam Villa, Redken and Moroccan Oil were at the show as well, all willing to educate and show us how their products worked. It was very exciting to see that the salon industry is forever changing, adapting, and updating. I also loved the fact that everyone there was willing to help and explain, teach, and offer advice. It was especially nice when the advice came from the professionals themselves. I most definitely feel like I'm on top of my game with education and trends and would love to share them with anyone who sits in my chair!
