OUR MISSION: Our mission is to build, support, strengthen children and families with evidenced-based mental health and human services. ABOUT US: Darbouze Behavioral Health Services (DBHS) provides quality services to children, families and individuals throughout the State of New Jersey. Our skilled clinicians work with individuals and families with emotional and behavioral health issues to maintain stability and achieve personal goals. Our support and services are provided in a context that is youth-centered, family-focused, strength-based, culturally-competent and responsive to the individual’s developmental, psychosocial, and treatment needs. We involve the youth and their families in every step of the treatment process. DBHS strives to provide the most effective evidenced-based treatment interventions while understanding that individuals and families may be vulnerable and require patience, compassion, and care. JOIN OUR TEAM We have opportunities in the following New Jersey counties: Ocean, Burlington, Camden, Passaic, Bergen, Hudson, Somerset, Hunterdon, Warren, Mercer, Monmouth, Morris, Sussex, Union, Essex and Middlesex. Available Positions • NJ Active Licensure Required: LCSW, LPC, LMFT or Licensed Psychologist in the State of New Jersey. • LSW or LAC will be considered, bilingual (Spanish, Creole, French, Russian and other languages are a plus), with a minimum of one-year experience working with youths and adolescents. • Bachelor’s Level clinicians to work as a one-one support for children and adolescents. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree and experience working with children with emotional and behavioral difficulties.
