Although we primarily assist clients in the Mid‐Atlantic region, we maintain architectural registration in other regions for national clients. The scope of projects includes single and multi‐family residential projects, custom homes and historic preservation and restoration, mixed use structures, educational buildings, hospitality centers, retail, food service, commercial buildings and tenant fitout. Our services include design, construction drawings and construction contract administration for residential and commercial building construction and remodeling. In addition, we provide rehabilitation feasibility studies, pre and post purchase revenue enhancement studies of income producing properties, construction inspection for projects not designed by the firm and development of architectural standards for new planned communities.
