Dang's Solutions Information

Dang's Solutions is a healthcare compliance firm based in Spokane, Washington. We prepare organizations for the outside reviews their revenue depends on: security assessments, payer credentialing and accreditation requirements, and customer due diligence on data handling and AI. The firm was founded in 2025 by Dan Gonzalez, JD, after more than a decade running compliance programs from the inside: HITRUST validated assessments, SOC 1 and SOC 2 audits, state approvals for multi-state healthcare transactions, and CMS audits. Our work starts from the primary regulations, not a licensed checklist. We map what a review will ask for to the requirements behind it and to the client's own documents, close the gaps before the reviewer arrives, and leave a system the client's team runs. AI handles the first pass of the reading, and a person reviews and signs every finding. Clients own everything we build. Engagements begin with a fixed-fee scoping step. We also serve as a fractional compliance officer for teams between hires or working through a review. We work with healthcare organizations and vendors, and with founders selling into institutions that will ask how they handle sensitive data. The work runs on Rote, the compliance software we built.
