We believe dance has the power to improve health, strengthen community and bring joy to people of all ages and abilities. Each year we reach 36,000 people aged one to 103, helping them feel healthier, happier and more connected. We provide free & low cost dance classes, community dance programmes co-designed with our participants and partners. We engage 30,000 people each year in 76 weekly classes. We work in: Brent, Hammersmith & Fulham, Hounslow, Richmond, Kensington and Chelsea, Kingston and Westminster. In 2024 we changed our constitution to enable us to collaborate with partners across the UK. Our work has been featured in The Guardian, Evening Standard, Marie Clare and London Live.
