Dance Studio No. 1 (DS1) is well-known for its strong and successful Classical Ballet Programs as well as the fun and endearing Young Children’s Programs. Dance Studio No. 1 was one of the preeminent ballet schools in Los Angeles for 3 decades. With several hundred students ranging in age from 3 to 19, Dance Studio No. 1, or “DS1” was a competitive academy specializing in classical ballet, while also offering contemporary, character dance, pointe, variations, and conditioning classes as part of its well-rounded programs.
