The basis was centered on extensive technical knowledge and many years of experience in the construction of punching tools for general perforation. After a difficult start-up phase and an unsettled existence in various locations on the island of Funen, they moved in 1984 into Ravnholtvnget 8, Odense M, which had the right conditions for further development. At the new address they could intensify the experiments and development, and they quickly concluded that micro-perforation of pre-painted steel and aluminum depends on many more factors than expected. The goal was achieved and now forms the basis for our existence. In 1986, Dan-How was acquired by Triplan A/S, which was looking for a reliable supplier of perforated ceiling panels in pre-painted aluminum. Under the new ownership and with fresh capital to back it, the company could increase its efforts in the European market.
