The chain also owns and manages the " King David Towers" in Tel Aviv, including apartments and commercial space, and owns a third of the "Haifa, Panorama Mall" commercial center. Dan Hotels operates two vocational schools (hotel service and culinary school) - the Dan Gourmet Tel Aviv (a joint venture with ORT Israel) and the Dan Gourmet Haifa.
