Dan Bruce Nutrition Coaching offers 1:1 nutrition coaching focused on individuals who are already dedicating some time to their health and fitness goals, who have maybe found a healthy workout routine, but who may still struggle with reaching their goals. These goals could be weight (fat) loss, muscle gain, increased fitness/performance or improving their relationship with food. The goal for me is to educate as well as facilitate some behavioural changes that will enable you to progress towards your goals and sustain progress over years to come. I want you to obtain skills which will serve you long after my time coaching you has finished. Through this relationship you will learn about yourself and how to change certain aspects of your life to make more optimal food choices for you. If you have tried multiple different diets, different workout routines and challenges, paid lots for PT sessions and have a yearly gym membership but are still no closer to the health you want then maybe it is time to invest with me. You are unique and what might work for some will not necessarily work for you because your job, family circumstances, social life, hobbies, food preferences, your environment, cooking skills, fitness goals or the sport you play will differ and determine what will work for you.
