Dalsouple Information

Dalsouple offers a 10 year guarantee on the following products: DalUni, DalTex, DalMicro, DalMagnetic, DalFusion, DalTerrazzo, DalMarbre, DalNose & Dalcove. Dalsouple rubber floors will last for a period of at least 10 years from date of installation subject to the following conditions:We must confirm that the correct thickness and type of Dalsouple tile has been selected for the application prior to installationThe floor must be laid in accordance with the British Standard Code of Practice BS 8203 or local equivalentThe correct adhesive must be used, and the sub floor must be prepared to the correct specificationOnce the floor has been installed it must be maintained in accordance with Dalsouple's recommended cleaning and maintance guide, and using the recommended products. If it is proved that there is a manufacturing defect, or the floor has worn out through normal wear and tear within the 10 year guarantee period, we will replace the Dalsouple material only. This will be paid for by our insurers. We will not be liable for any labour charges or cost of additional materials or consequential losses etc. This guarantee does not include resistance to colour fade.
