Dalcon Constructors Ltd. has extensive experience in general contracting and has been instrumental in successfully completing new building and renovation projects, both in excess of twenty million dollars construction value. Many General Contracting projects have been completed by Dalcon including renovations to the Navan Memorial Arena, a solar powered irrigation system located at the experimental farm, a Horse Exerciser for the RCMP and two LEED Silver Certified projects, the Huron Early Learning Centre and the Greenboro Community Centre. The Huron Early Learning Centre was the first purpose built LEED project for the City of Ottawa. Additionally, Dalcon has completed notable Civil projects, including the Upper Dwyer Hill Bridge over the Mississippi River, repairs to the walls of the Rideau Canal, a World Heritage Site, repairs to the Rideau Falls Dams and various work on multiple Transit way structures and retaining walls.
