DalCasa Magazine is a luxury and bilingual (Croatian-English) concept, the first of such kind in Croatia. It has been published since 2004. It regularly process topics related to real estate, architecture, interior and exterior design, gastronomy, wellness & spa, also featuring Croatian heritage, coastline and inland natural beauties. Last pages of magazine are reserved for presentation of top properties offered on Croatian real estate market. DalCasa is a quarterly publication that is distributed freely to the targeted addresses across the Croatian and foreign countries in 10,000 copies. DalCasa magazine is available at all exclusive hotels in Croatia, marinas, charter agencies, travel agencies and other major travel companies. The magazine is also distributed to targeted addresses of law firms and notaries, senior management of banks, insurance companies, construction companies, architectural and design offices, advertising agencies, the tourist office and Chamber of Commerce. Apart from the aforementioned, magazine is distributed to all targeted persons at home and abroad which we believe are potential services users or real estate buyers. Abroad, DalCasa is present in all Croatian embassies, a total of 78 and Croatian communities all around the world, so it is present on the world\'s real estate market, and also to all potential users of any services related to the real estate, furnishing , tourism, architecture and construction.
