Dalahusgruppen: The most innovative, efficient and competent supplier of large wood structures in Sweden! We are driving the transition towards a sustainable Built Environment sector. Our customers are large and medium sized contractors who is looking for expertise in wood building or developers who want experts involved early in a project. We minimize our clients project risk by offering one project interface for the entire assembled structural frame and building envelope. The risk is mitigated by our large and long experience, our partner network in material production, structural design and other experts. Our team is driven and eager to create results on every level of the company! Every project has got different conditions for success. If we are invited to work early in the design phase together with our client we provide an optimized structure for the purpose. Optimization parameters are normally cost, various design parameters, assembly speed, climate impact and various requirements for safety. Our physical product consists of an assembled load bearing frame in wood with additional prefabricated layers. We are working in-house with timber frame and glued ribbed composite structures as flat elements, and closely in partnership with suppliers of mass-timber materials such as glulam, crosslaminated timber and laminated veneer lumber. Dalahusgruppen is actively contributing to building knowledge with academia, locally and nationally but occasionally also internationally.
