DailyDurability Information

DailyDurability is an application dedicated to helping individuals prioritize movement throughout their lifespan for maximum longevity. Our mission is to help people move better, feel better, and build momentum for a strong and injury-free future. We focus on helping users develop resilience and durability. DailyDurability is a guided supplemental strength, mobility, and balance platform, offering comprehensive movement to optimize function, enhance durability, and promote wellness. Our Origin and Expertise: DailyDurability was founded by college teammates turned co-founders, Mark Bouma (Co-Founder and PT) and Greg Ricker (Co-Founder). The company was established based on the realization that people desired a well-rounded exercise program that offered variety, focused, and personalized movements that had minimal barriers to complete. The origin story is personal, rooted in the idea of not letting an injury history define one's future, and prioritizing aspects of fitness that are often difficult to implement on your own. Our programs are designed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT). Mark Bouma, a DPT and former Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), utilizes over 20 years of experience in physical therapy, injury prevention, and performance training to design the programming. His expertise ensures that every aspect of DailyDurability is grounded in science and built for long-term resilience. Greg Ricker brings expertise in technology and digital development, shaping the product design to deliver seamless digital experiences. What Makes DailyDurability Different? DailyDurability is built on the pillars of Strength, Mobility, and Balance. We provide personalized programs updated daily. This is not a cookie-cutter program. Instead, users receive customized DailyDrops targeted toward their individual needs and goals which can be adjusted at any time in the app Settings.
