Dāha is a haven at the heart of a community where we teach, nurture, inspire and learn through our sustainable wellness practice. It's in our DNA to help people make a positive change to their lives--it's the primary reason we exist. Today's western medicine is all about curing versus preventing. And yet 80% of chronic illnesses could be prevented by lifestyle choices. But it's too difficult today to get support on a wellness journey. The choices are expensive retreats or a dispersed network of wellness providers. At Dāha we want to change that. We want to provide holistic wellness support for every person on their wellness journey. And we will do that with our team of experts located under one roof and accessible to the wider community.
