Daemon Systems, LLC is a family-owned Managed Service Provider based in the San Antonio area since 1998. We specialize in giving small businesses (typically 5–25 computers) the same level of proactive monitoring, security, and support that large organizations enjoy — delivered with a personal, relationship-focused approach. Our integrated platform includes: • Cyber-Watch – Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) • Cyber-Curatin – Managed Firewall & Network Security • Cyber-Keep – Managed Backup & Disaster Recovery We provide full help-desk support backed by clear Service Level Agreements, plus VoIP and managed printer services. We also assist non-profits with IT strategy and help secure grants for reduced or free hardware, software, and cloud services. For walk-in clients and smaller businesses that do not need the full MSP platform, we operate The Computer Shop of San Antonio. We serve Bexar, Kerr, Bandera, and Uvalde counties and have experience supporting organizations with branch offices throughout Texas. Many of our clients have been with us for more than 20 years.
