The problem is that existing AI can find and summarize a clause but still miss how provisions work together. DAC follows the full path and links every step to the source. We’re starting in credit, where a missed connection can shift value, control, or risk. Teams can see those connections in ClauseFlow or bring the same logic into the AI models and systems they already use through our API. Today, that means more accurate answers that can be checked against the agreement. As AI begins to act, the same rules can help it check whether an action is allowed or carry out one the agreement requires, with a full audit trail.
