Daada Inc is a Pan-African technology holding company and venture studio registered in South Florida, USA, and established on April 28, 2023. Daada develops, owns, governs, and supports a growing portfolio of technology platforms built for African and diaspora markets. Our mission is to build digital infrastructure that helps people trade with more trust, connect with fewer barriers, and bring African innovation into greater visibility. Daada Inc currently supports three flagship platforms: TrustLockPay — a programmable escrow and trade trust platform designed to help buyers, vendors, lenders, logistics partners, and other stakeholders coordinate milestone-based payments, documents, and transaction workflows. NOVA Africa — an innovation visibility platform built to help African, Caribbean, and diaspora builders showcase projects, publish their stories, gain recognition, and connect with supporters, partners, and future opportunities. EZLINK — a people-powered connectivity platform designed to turn trusted Wi-Fi, routers, hotspots, and community nodes into a shared internet-access layer for roamers, travelers, local users, and node operators. Daada Inc exists to build practical technology for real economic problems across Africa and the diaspora — from trade finance friction and connectivity gaps to the lack of visibility many builders face when trying to bring their ideas to market.
