DA Global’s mission is to help organizations reach the greatest possible impact they can for the communities they work with by actively modelling decolonization and anti-racist ways of working. Founded by Degan Ali, an internationally-renowned humanitarian leader and organizational development expert, – DA Global (DA) provides a wide range of services to aid organizations and philanthropic leaders. Drawing on her decades of experience on the frontlines of community efforts and in the boardrooms of development organizations, Degan helps organizations build anti-racist, decolonial practice through courses on racial justice and decolonization, organizational audits and on-going coaching, and strategy development and design for high level policy makers. DA Global works with an array of actors in the aid and development space.
